The composition of this dress is derived from a detail of Flow No. 2 (2023), a sumi ink work by Fanyu Lin composed of 70 parts. This particular design draws from two of those parts, abstracting the Chinese character 心 (heart).
Care: Dry cleaning is recommended, but the dress can also be hand-washed in cold water with silk detergent.
A made-to-order art piece crafted from 100% 85gsm silk satin. The silk is made socially responsible in a factory with OEKO-TEX certification for standardized and safe working conditions.
Created with intention for optimal balance among artful expression, durability, and sustainability, the artworks are printed using permanent reactive inks that bond with the cellulose fibers. Reactive printing on demand is a low-waste process that minimizes water usage.
